Weather looks good with an Easterly wind so a good chance to head out East. Meet in the square (far side) to set off at 09:00 (in case anyone wants to join from the training ride).
Four of us out for the 08:45. We made use of the prevailing wind and headed out East via Buttercrambe and Kirkam Priory to Thixendale. Was great to get out to some hills, good riding and the four of us keeping it together. Mist finally cleared when we got back into York. 57 miles total and back not too long after 12:00.
Same plan for next week: leave the square at 09:00, decide the route on the morning when we know what the weather holds.
