FS; Thule 3 towbar rack

My current car doesn't have a towbar so it is just sat collecting dust. It's the type that clamps onto the towball rather than fitting brackets etc and has an integrated light/number plate board. Excellent condition, hardly used. Cost somehwere around £160, looking for £90.
