Firstly, may I say a big thankyou for all the kind messages, phone calls and forum posts. It really goes to show what a great bunch the Cliftonites really are!
Kara is out of hospital now and resting at home. She is still in some degree of pain and discomfort but thankfully everthing is working as it should be and hopefully there will be no long term effects. I am not sure if it has dawned on her yet as to how long she will be wearing her neck brace though! Still, she could be in a lot worse of a predicament so the neck brace is not such a bad deal!
If things work out, I should be able to get a bit of R&R from nursing duties and may be able to make it to Wales for the Friday and Saturday, although I may have to come home on the saturday night. Fingers crossed!!
