Im looking to get some roller for training on over winter but i was wondering can u go flat out on them or do interval training?
is it the bigger the drum the more resistance?

I crash a couple of weeks ago at national champs in Innerleithen and i have totally bent by seat !
Does anyone have a decent seat for my mtb that i could buy or know of a good brand/make?

Rollers are Good as they improve balance aswell rather then turbo trainers or Stationary.
